Design creatives that sell. Not just pretty performance-driven visuals.
What you’ll do:
• Create ad creatives (static + motion)
• Develop brand-consistent visual identity
• Design campaign concepts & variations
• Collaborate with content & marketing team
• Continuously improve based on ad data
You should have:
• 3+ years in creative/design role
• Strong ad creative understanding
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects bonus)
• Ability to think marketing-first, not just design
• Fast execution with high taste level
Education: Design/Arts preferred but not mandatory
