Position: R&D Executive (Chemist)
Location: Dhaka (On-site)
Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and testing new cosmetic formulations from concept to production.
• Conduct research on ingredients, formulations, and market trends to support innovation.
• Ensure all products comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, marketing, and production.
• Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and testing processes.
  Assist in troubleshooting formulation challenges and improving existing products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in cosmetic science.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cosmetics R&D.
• Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry, raw materials, and cosmetic regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms to enhance Wellessia’s brand presence.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging, brand-aligned content tailored for various digital channels and aligned with skincare industry trends.
  
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers and content creators, to produce digital assets such as banners, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain thorough documentation and submit timely reports on all digital marketing activities, including campaign progress, results, and performance metrics, to the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• 1–2 year of experience in Digital Marketing,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
