Lead the frontline revenue engine. Convert conversations into orders at scale.

โข Manage & train sales agents (Messenger/WhatsApp)
โข Improve conversion rate from chats
โข Set scripts, SOPs, and follow-ups
โข Track daily sales & team performance
โข Handle high-value or critical customers
๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:
โข 3+ years in sales/team handling
โข Experience in online/chat-based sales
โข Strong communication & persuasion skills
โข Data tracking mindset (daily targets, KPIs)
โข Leadership + accountability
