What youโ€™ll do:
โ€ข Create ad creatives (static + motion)
โ€ข Develop brand-consistent visual identity
โ€ข Design campaign concepts & variations
โ€ข Collaborate with content & marketing team
โ€ข Continuously improve based on ad data

You should have:
โ€ข 3+ years in creative/design role
โ€ข Strong ad creative understanding
โ€ข Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects bonus)
โ€ข Ability to think marketing-first, not just design
โ€ข Fast execution with high taste level

Education: Design/Arts preferred but not mandatory
